Filling technology

Techniques and expertise

In the production of dairy products, no other company can hold a candle to us. Whether it's semi-perishable milk, cream, sauces or yoghurt and ice cream mixes – we have the right technology and decades of experience for every dairy dish. The combination of UHP and sterile tank systems both heat and cool highly viscous products without any loss of quality while maintaining the unique creamy texture of the food. In addition to dairy products, we also have the opportunity to process plant-based products.

Special products can be dried in our spray tower and then bottled as a powder. We use tower drying with both rotary and pressure atomisation processes. Immediately after drying, the product is blown into a storage silo or alternatively filled into one of our various containers.
