Schokoladencreme von Naarmann’s Schlagcreme
Zutatenliste:
Rezept für 10 Personen:
300 ml flüssige Naarmann Schlagcreme
300 ml geschlagen Naarmann Schlagcreme
250 g Kakaopulver
100 g Zucker
3 Eigelbe
Zubereitung
300 ml von Naarmann’s Schlagcreme aufkochen und dann Zucker und Kakaopulver hinzufügen. In der Zwischenzeit das Eigelb schaumig rühren. Danach Naarmann’s Schlagcreme unter kräftigem Rühren langsam durch ein Sieb in die Eiermasse geben und die Masse bis zur Rose abziehen. Die ganze Masse durch ein Haarsieb passieren und kalt schlagen. Beginnt die Masse anzuziehen, gibt man die geschlagene Schlagcreme darunter.

Lecker anrichten mit einem Soßenspiegel aus Mango und Himbeerpüree.
