Naarmann´s professional yoghurt with 3.5 % fat content is a multiple use yoghurt for a wide range of uses, from dressings through to desserts.

Joghurtdressing aus Naarmann’s Profi-Joghurt

Zutatenliste:

Rezept für 10 Personen

1000 g Naarmann’s Profi-Joghurt 3,5 %

20 EL Öl

10 El Orangensaft

10 TL Zitronensaft

10 Spritzer Worchester Sauce

Salz und Pfeffer zum Abschmecken

 

Zubereitung Profi-Joghurt, Orangensaft, Zitronensaft, Worchester Sauce zusammen glatt rühren. Dann Öl langsam darunter schlagen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Tipp Verfeinern Sie das Dressing mit frischen Kräutern.
