20 EL Öl
10 El Orangensaft
10 TL Zitronensaft
10 Spritzer Worchester Sauce
Salz und Pfeffer zum Abschmecken
Zubereitung
Profi-Joghurt, Orangensaft, Zitronensaft, Worchester Sauce zusammen glatt rühren. Dann Öl langsam darunter schlagen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Tipp
Verfeinern Sie das Dressing mit frischen Kräutern.
